Stick shift owners when using brake hold on a hill, does anyone else have trouble with the brakes releasing as you let the clutch out? Mine holds what I think is a little too long after the hold light goes out. Even without brake hold on, the hill start assist doesn't release when the clutch is out enough to pull against the brakes. Common or not? I haven't noticed that problem. For me both features seem to work seamlessly. From what I experience the brakes let go as soon as I feed enough gas to inch the car forward. Without brake hold, the hill start assist only lasts a second or so... just long enough for me not to roll back without having to feather the clutch. I usually don't use the brake hold, but when I have on a hill I agree it holds a tad longer than I'd like. Nothing I can't get out of though.
